FULLY RATIFIED 

In 2020, the State of Virginia became the 38th state to ratify the Equal Rights Amendment making it the law of the land as the 28th Amendment to the US Constitution. It now awaits certification and publication to the National Archives. An irrelevant 1982 barrier is the only remaining barrier.
